Room was very clean, check in was smooth and staff are very friendly. Value for money was great here. Had everything we needed for a one night stay. Bed was comfy and also had cutlery and bowls. The staff had turned the AC on to warm the room up even before we arrived. Would stay here again.

Lovely clean and cosey room. Beds a little firm and bedroom little cold but the heater in the lounge room keep me warm eventually. Great people to stay with really tried to help me as much as they could.

Only in town for 1 night the Burvale was easy to find and in a great location with quick access to the freeway. The room was clean and tidy and the bed comfy. Which is what you want when you are only there for a quick stop.

We had a quiet and comfortable stay, the manager Rocky was very welcoming and helpful. The room is not large but is well designed and fitted out. There's everything you need for an overnight stay: frig, kettle, toaster and microwave, plus d cutlery, glasses and basic crockery. There is no kitchen as such. The location is quiet. We'd stay again.

It's a decent hotel when you are bypassing Sydney / Canberra. I booked this hotel at the last moment, before heading to Canberra. I find this hotel's price reasonable for a 1-night hotel stay. Alice the staff member was nice and communicative since the beginning. it was a large room with all the facilities such as a fridge, milk, microwave, and towels.

Exceptionally clean and very comfortable - particularly the bed. Loved the size of the room. Bathroom had wonderful natural light and great towels.
